1. Subletting of the property is not permitted at any time.
2. No guests under the age of 18 years are allowed during the Rental Duration.
3. No guest pets are allowed at the property during the Rental Duration.
4. Smoking or Vaping is only permitted in the outside areas of the property.
5. The Security Deposit must be paid on execution of the Rental Agreement, and will be returned in full at the end of the Rental Duration if there have been no breakages, or damage to the property.
6. Guests are expected to maintain a ‘reasonable’ level of cleanliness with regards to the property and it’s immediate surroundings.
7. The swimming pool is not to be used between 24:00hrs (midnight), and 07:00hrs.
8. The property is not to be used in any way that may disturb the peace in the immediate surroundings or environment, or annoy, endanger, or inconvenience the property’s immediate neighbours.
9. The property is not to be used for any illegal or unlawful activity.
10. The Renter will inform the Host immediately if there has been any breakages, or damage to the property.
11. The Renter will inform the Host immediately if there are any issues during the Rental Duration.
